Regularly scheduled grooming appointments are an important part of your pet’s overall health and well-being. Consistent grooming helps maintain a healthy coat and skin, reduces excessive shedding, prevents painful matting, and supports paw and ear health. Keeping your pet on a regular grooming schedule also makes each visit more comfortable and familiar—turning grooming into a calm, spa-like experience your pet can enjoy.
Our bathing systems feature oxygen-infused water, providing a gentle, invigorating massage that helps keep pets relaxed and comfortable throughout the bath. All grooming services include our TLC Treatment, toenail trimming, ear cleaning, anal gland check, bathing, de-matting as needed, de-shedding, and feet trimming—ensuring your pet leaves feeling clean, refreshed, and well cared for.
Expect a minimum of 3-4 hours for groom times, some may take longer. At our facility, the comfort and well-being of every pet always comes first. Some bathing and grooming appointments may take longer than expected because we work at the pet’s pace to minimize stress and ensure a positive experience. This may include taking breaks, allowing extra time for drying, or adjusting handling techniques based on each pet’s needs and comfort level.
Our goal is not speed, but quality care. By creating a calm, patient, and supportive environment, we help pets feel safe and build positive associations with grooming. We believe every pet deserves a gentle and positive experience—and we are committed to making each visit one they can enjoy and you can feel good about.
For the safety of our pets and staff, any aggressive behaviors that require assistance from an additional handler during canine or feline grooming may result in an additional fee. Extra assistance handling ensures the grooming process remains as calm, safe, and stress-free as possible for everyone involved.
Additionally, pets that have not been groomed within 6 weeks may require extra time, care, or specialized handling due to matting or coat condition. In these cases, additional fees may apply to reflect the extra services needed to provide proper care.
Our grooming fees are based on a pet’s weight, coat type, coat length, and the amount of time between grooming appointments. These factors help determine the time, care, and services needed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and high-quality grooming experience for every pet.
